These guys are from Iceland. Been doing' their thing for the past 10 yrs or so. They just released a double disc album: Hvarf/Heim 5 new tracks, 6 live-acoustic. It's a double album coinciding with their film-Heima. The film is composed of 2 weeks of unannounced, free concerts in the backwoods of Iceland. I listened to the new album today, it's definitely refreshing, but i don't care for acoustic. Other than that, the studio tracks are as brilliant as all their others. I have never regretted a Sigur Ros purchase....ever!
